Lundin Mining Corporation (Lundin) is a diversified Canadian-base metals mining company with operations in Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Ireland, producing copper, zinc, lead and nickel. As of December 31, 2011, Lundin held a development project pipeline, which includes an expansion project at its Neves-Corvo mine along with its interest in the Tenke Fungurume copper/cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which as of December 31, 2011, is undergoing expansion to 195,000 tons per annum of copper cathode production. The Company�s mining operations include Neves-Corvo Mine, Zinkgruvan Mine, Aguablanca Mine, Galmoy Mine and Tenke Fungurume. Lundin holds a 24.75% interest in the Tenke Fungurume copper and cobalt concessions in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In March 2013, it announced the closing of acquisition of the Kokkola cobalt chemical refinery located in Finland and related sales and marketing business (collectively Kokkola) from OM Group Inc.
