Description
Brand Leaders Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment fund. The Fund�s investment objectives are to provide holders of units (the Unitholders) with monthly cash distributions, the opportunity for capital appreciation, and lower overall volatility of the Portfolio returns. The Fund focuses to invest in an equally-weighted portfolio of Equity Securities of 15 Brand Leaders from the Brand Leaders Investable Universe. Highstreet Asset Management Inc. will act as the trustee, manager and promoter of the Fund.
