On July 1, 2011, it acquired Groupe OptiVert inc and JMH Environmental Solutions Ltd. and Dakins Engineering Group Ltd. On August 28, 2011, GENIVAR acquired Arcop Design Inc. On October 2, 2011, it acquired ISACtion Inc, Giroux Inc. and 49% interest in Groupe Giroux. On December 1, 2011, it acquired AE Consultants Ltd. In January 2012, GENIVAR acquired Consultores Regionales Asociados S.A.S. In March 2012, the Company acquired GRB Engineering Ltd. In August 2012, it acquired WSP Group PLC.
