Gibson Energy Inc. (Gibson) is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the transportation, storage, blending, processing, marketing and distribution of crude oil, condensate, NGLs and refined products, and its network of infrastructure assets spans throughout North America. Gibson also provides emulsion treating, water disposal and oilfield waste management services in Canada and the United States. The Company operates in six segments: Terminals and Pipelines, Truck Transportation, Propane and NGL Marketing and Distribution, Processing and Wellsite Fluids, Marketing and Environmental Services. Terminals and Pipelines includes fee-based storage and terminalling services and tariff based pipeline services for crude oil, condensate and refined products, as well as emulsion treating, water disposal services and oilfield waste management.
