Great Canadian Gaming Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in gaming, entertainment and hospitality facilities in British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Washington State. The Company has 17 gaming properties, which consists of ten casinos, including one with a four Diamond hotel resort, four horse racetrack casinos and three community gaming centres. The Company operates its casinos both within managed markets that feature high barriers to entry and under long-term agreements as partners with provincial lottery corporations. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had 100% interest in Chilliwack Gaming Ltd., Flamboro Downs Limited, Georgian Downs Limited, Great American Gaming Corporation, Great Canadian Casinos Inc., Great Canadian Entertainment Centres Ltd., Hastings Entertainment Inc., Metropolitan Entertainment Group, Orangeville Raceway Limited and 50% interest in TBC Teletheatre B.C.
