Detour Gold Corporation is a Canadian gold exploration and development company. The Company�s principal business is the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of mineral properties. The Company�s focus has been on the exploration and development of its 100% owned Detour Lake Project, located on the 566 square kilometers Detour Lake Property in northeastern Ontario. The Company produces gold dore bars at its Detour Lake Mine processing plant facility. The Company has refining sales contracts in place with two refineries in Ontario, which is where the dore is sent for final processing prior to sale.
