C&C Energia Ltd. (C&C Energia) is a resource company engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of, oil resources in Colombia. The Company�s principal assets are related to their interests in eight blocks located within Colombia with a total acreage position of approximately 648,309 acres (529,844 net acres). It has interests in each of the Llanos (four blocks), Middle Magdalena Valley (one block) and Putumayo (three blocks) Basins. The Corporation has 30% owner in the Cachicamo Block and is the operator. It also has 50% working interest owner/operator of the Pajaro Pinto Block. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company acquired the minority interest of 10% from Empetrol increasing its working interest in the Andaquies Block to 64%. On January 29, 2013, the Company merged with Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp.
