The Company is a supplier of advanced processes reservoir modeling software with a client base of international oil companies and technology centers in over 50 countries. The Company�s software products include STARS, GEM, IMEX, CMOST and WinProp, BUILDER and RESULTS. In addition with its principal business of selling software licenses, CMG also provides professional services consisting of consulting, support, training, and funded research activities for its clients. CMG has sales and technical support services based in Calgary, Houston, London, Caracas and Dubai. As of March 31, 2012, the Company sold reservoir simulation software licenses to over 500 oil and gas companies, consulting firms and research institutions in over 50 countries.
