Cargojet Inc. (Cargojet) is a provider of time-sensitive overnight air cargo services. The Company�s air cargo business includes operating a domestic overnight air cargo co-load network between 13 Canadian cities; providing aircraft to customers on an aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance basis, operating between points in Canada and the United States of America; operating a scheduled international route for multiple cargo customers between the United States of America and Bermuda, and between Canada and Poland. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company purchased three 727 aircraft that were previously leased. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated one leased 757-200ER (B757) series aircraft, two leased 767-200ER (B767) series aircraft and nine Boeing 727-200 (B727) series cargo aircraft, owned by the Company.
