China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of mineral reserves in the People�s Republic of China (PRC). The Company and its subsidiaries operate in two segments: mine-produced gold segment, engaged in the production of gold bullion through integrated processes, such as mining, extraction, production and selling, and mine-produced copper segment, engaged in the production of copper multi products and other by-products. The Company�s principal mining operations are the Chang Shan Hao Gold Mine, located in Inner Mongolia, China, and the Jiama Copper-Gold Polymetallic Mine, located in Tibet, China. The CSH Gold Project is operated and owned by Inner Mongolia Pacific Mining Co. Ltd., a co-operative joint venture, in which the Company holds a 96.5% interest. The Company�s subsidiaries include Pacific PGM Inc., Pacific PGM (Barbados) Inc. and Inner Mongolia Pacific Mining Co., Ltd., among others.
