CCL Industries Inc. (CCL) develops label solutions for global producers of consumer brands in the home and personal care, healthcare, durable goods, and specialty food and beverage sectors and suppliers of aluminum containers, and plastic tubes for the customers in North America. The Company operates in three business segments. The Label Segment is the producer of label solutions for consumer product marketing companies. The Container Segment is a manufacturer of aluminum specialty containers for the consumer products industry North America, including Mexico. The Tube Segment is a manufacturer of decorated extruded plastic tubes for the personal care and cosmetics industry in North America. In September 2011, CCL acquired 50% interest in Pacman-CCL, a group of label companies. In April 2013, it acquired INT Autotechnik GmbH.
