Cogeco Cable is a telecommunications corporation, the hybrid fibre coaxial cable operator in Ontario and Quebec. The Company operates in two segments: Cable services and Enterprise services. The Cable services segment provides a range of Analogue and Digital Television, HSI and Telephony services primarily to residential customers. It also provides business solutions, including data networking, Ethernet, hosting, HSI access and VoIP services, to small and medium sized businesses. The Enterprise services segment provides data centre, managed information technology (IT) and connectivity services for medium and large enterprises and public sector customers. It also provides high-performance Ethernet broadband connectivity services to carriers. In November 2012, the Company acquired Atlantic Broadband from ABRY Partners. In April 2013, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, 0957926 B.C. Ltd., acquired all of the remaining outstanding common shares of Peer 1 Network Enterprises, Inc.
