Baytex Energy Corp. (Baytex) is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing, exploiting and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and related assets in Canada (Alberta and Saskatchewan) and in the United States (Texas). Baytex Energy USA, Inc. is engaged in the business of oil and natural gas exploration, exploitation, development, acquisition and production in the United States. It holds all of the operating assets in the United States.
