Africo Resources Ltd. (Africo) is a mineral resource company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of precious and base metal mineral properties. Its principal mineral property is the Kalukundi Property, which is a copper and cobalt property, located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Project area is located 60 kilometers to the east of Kolwezi and four kilometers to the north of the main road between Likasi and Kolwezi. The exploitation permit for the Project was held by Swanmines sprl. Africo held a 48% interest in H & J Family Trust. It also holds interest in the Mporokoso gold exploration project in Zambia as part of a basket of properties. The Company�s subsidiaries include Africo Resources (B.C.) Ltd., Kisankala Mining Corp., Swanmines sprl and Africo Resources (DRC) sprl.
