South American Silver Corp. is a mineral exploration company. The Company�s principal activities include the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. It focuses to develop large-scale mineral assets, including the Malku Khota project in Bolivia, which is an undeveloped silver, indium and gallium resource. The Company�s projects include the Malku Khota silver-indium-gallium project and the Escalones copper-gold project. The Malku Khota silver-indium-gallium project located in the silver mining district of central Bolivia, approximately 200 kilometers north of Potosi. Contained metals in the Malku Khota project also include copper, lead and zinc. The Escalones copper-gold project is located in the central Chilean mining district. Contained metals in the Escalones project also include silver and molybdenum.
