The Company is a manufacturer of precision-machined products for military of precision-machined products for the military, commercial and general aerospace industries, and is also a specialist in the manufacture of precision-machined products for the industrial products and power generation industries. The Company operates in two divisions: the aerospace and power generation products division, which manufactures precision-cylindrical components used mainly by customers in the military and commercial aerospace industries, as well as power generation, and the specialty precision products division, which manufactures gears, splines and assemblies for use by other manufacturers.
