Noveko International, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and marketing of derivative products from its air filtration technologies, hand sanitizers with antimicrobial properties and medical equipment, including ultrasound scanners for human and veterinary medicine. Noveko Inc. develops Noveko antimicrobial surgical masks, respirators and air filters derived from its antimicrobial filtration technology. It also develops antiseptic hand sanitizers sold under the Microban brand. Noveko surgical masks and respirators incorporate its technologies with antimicrobial agents preventing the growth of a broad spectrum of micro organisms. On April 2, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in Noveko (Beijing) Hi-Tech Development Limited. In March 2012, it sold its subsidiary Bolduc Leroux Inc.
