Favite Inc. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of automatic optical inspection (AOI) and measurement machines. The Company operates its businesses through precision mechanical business, which provides testing, measurement and maintenance equipment for thin film transistor (TFT) arrays, color filters, touch panels and TFT cells, as well as radio frequency identification (RFID) business, which offers high frequency RFID labels, super high frequency RFID readers and remote controls. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 92.48% of its total revenue from TFT-liquid crystal display (LCD) panels and color filters AOI business. The Company distributes its products primarily in Taiwan.
