SIWARD CRYSTAL TECHNOLOGY CO LTD is principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and distribution of quartz crystal series products. The Company provides quartz crystals, quartz oscillators (OSCs), temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs), voltage control crystal oscillators (VCXOs), and temperature compensated voltage control crystal oscillators (TCVCXOs), among others. Its products are applied in computers, information products and communication equipment. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 59.59% and 37.53% of its total revenue from the quartz crystal and crystal oscillator products, respectively. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe and the Americas.
