Tainan Spinning Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production, processing and sale of textiles. The main products of the Company include polyester cotton, polyester silk, yarns, polyester granules and textured yarns. The Company is also involved in the leasing of buildings. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 36.16%, 24.61%, 18.35% and 13.95% of its total revenue from polyester cotton, yarns, polyester silk and polyester granules, respectively. The Company distributes its products in the domestic markets and to overseas markets, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, South Africa, Brazil, Vietnam, Mexico, Russia and Europe.
