Its infrastructure activity includes a subsidiary, A. Arnson Ltd., which is an engineering and infrastructure contractor. The Company invests and operates real estate in Russia, Bulgaria and Romania. In partnership with Kardan Real Estate and Alan Casden, it recently acquired half the shares in EMD Real Estate Development & Investment Ltd., the Dan Company�s holdings company and Aviv Rent-A-Car.
