Tetragon Financial Group Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-end investment company listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Tetragon Financial Group Limited invests in selected securitized asset classes and aims to provide stable returns to investors across various interest rate and credit cycles. Its investment objective is to generate distributable income and capital appreciation. The Company also invests in the subordinated residual tranches of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) products, which are securitized interests in underlying assets assembled by asset managers and divided into tranches based on their degree of credit risk. As of the end of 2010, the Company's performing CLO portfolio consisted of 70 CLO investments, managed by 28 external CLO managers and LCM Asset Management.
