Sutter Gold Mining Inc. (Sutter) is a Canadian resource company engaged in the exploration of mineral properties. The Company�s principal business activity is the development and consolidation of mineral properties in California and, through a joint venture agreement, exploring mineral properties in Mexico. The Company's principal assets are the Sutter Gold Mine and Lincoln Project located in the Mother Lode District 45 miles southeast of Sacramento, California. The Sutter Gold Mine and Lincoln Project are situated on a 551-acre block of surface and mineral rights owned in fee or leased from fee owners, in the central part of the 121-mile-long Mother Lode gold belt. The Sutter Gold Mine project is located in Amador County, California, near the gold rush towns of Sutter Creek and Amador City. The project covers an approximate 3.6 mile strike length through the heart of the Mother Lode, and contains over 680 acres of mineral rights.
