CHINA FANGDA GROUP CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of energy-saving curtain wall system products and material products. The Company�s main products include curtain wall products and materials, and rail transportation equipment. The Company is also involved in the manufacture and sale of light-emitting diode (LED) lighting products. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned eight wholly owned subsidiaries and one associated company, which mainly engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of various building curtain wall systems; research, development, manufacture and installation of metro platform screen doors; manufacture and sale of new building materials such as aluminum single sheets and composite aluminum sheets; development, manufacture and sale of integrated circuits (ICs), and development of computer software and system integration businesses.
