CNFC Overseas Fishery Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the fishing, storage, transportation, distribution, import and export of ocean aquatic products. The Company's fish products primarily include squids and tuna. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company supplied approximately a total of 20,194 metric tons of fish, including 668 metric tons of Argentinean squids, 10,410 metric tons of Peruvian squids, and 9,116 metric tons of tuna. The Company is also involved in ship repairing and catering businesses.
