As of December 31, 2012, the Company engaged in the manufacture and sale of construction materials, including cement, clinkers and related products. It distributed products primarily in domestic market. On July 31, 2012, the Company sold its 51% stake in Sichuan E�meishan Xinan Cement Co., Ltd. On December 31, 2012, the Company sold its 98% stake in Panzhihua Jinfan Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. After the transaction, the main business of the Company converted into mining, processing and sales of nonmetallic.
