YANGZHOU YAXING MOTOR COACH CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of passenger vehicles. The Company�s main products consist of large-, medium- and small-size buses, including transit buses, highway passenger cars, specialty passenger cars and minibuses, as well as chassis used for passenger vehicles. The majority of the Company�s products are distributed in domestic market in China, and to a much less extent, to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company sold 3,503 passenger vehicles.
