Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The principal activity of the Company is to invest in securities of growing private companies located in Asia, including principally China/Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's investments consisted of 10 portfolio companies. As of December 31, 2011, its top five investments include Fortune Code Limited, which is engaged in property development; Hansen Limited, which offers consumer services; Foshan Nanhai Zhongnan Aluminium Wheel Co Ltd, which offers industrial products; Transpac Capital 1996 Investment Trust, and Transpac Venture Partnership II, which offer financial services. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company divested its interest in Sesame Seed Group Limited, Watchdata Technologies Ltd and AEM Holdings Limited. During 2011, it also divested its remaining interests in Neo-Neon Holdings Limited.
