Keppel REIT (the Trust), formerly K-REIT Asia, is a real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in a portfolio of real estate and real estate-related assets, which are used for commercial purposes in Singapore and Asia. Its portfolio consists of eight commercial assets. In Singapore, it owns Bugis Junction Towers, a one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1 & 2 and Marina Bay Link Mall, an approximate 87.5% interest in Ocean Financial Centre, a one-third interest in One Raffl es Quay and a 92.8% interest in Prudential Tower. In Australia, it owns a 50% interest in 275 George Street in Brisbane, as well as 77 King Street Office Tower and a 50% interest in eight Chifley Square. The ultimate holding company is Keppel Corporation Limited. In May 2013, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a unit of Goldman Sachs Group Inc acquired a 6.712% stake in Keppel Reit from Keppel Real Estate Investment Pte Ltd, a unit of Keppel Corp Ltd.
