China Minzhong Food Corporation Limited (China Minzhong) is an investment holding company. Its principal activities are those of investment holding and wholesale of health food. As of June 30, 2012, it distributed across four continents and 26 countries and regions including the Americas, Asia and Europe. It operates in Singapore and the People�s Republic of China, where it is engaged in sales of processed products and fresh produce. With its own geographically diversified cultivation bases, a network of vegetable suppliers, and its cultivation methods, it is able to supply a variety of fresh vegetables. These fresh vegetables are sold domestically and used as raw material at its processing facilities. It offers more than 100 types of processed vegetables that are processed using methods such as air drying. In December 2012, Fujian Minzhong Organic Food Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Minzhong Organic Food Co., Ltd.
