Eu Yan Sang International Ltd (EYSI) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company operates in three segments: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which includes manufacturing, processing, distribution and sale of traditional Chinese medicine; Clinics, which is engaged in the provision of traditional Chinese medical consultation, treatment and integrative medical services, and Others, which includes the provision of management services by the Company and provision of rental of premises, sale of spa products and food and beverages by the subsidiaries. In January 2013, its subsidiary, Eu Yan Sang (Hong Kong) Limited incorporated ProNature International Limited and Yan Sang Nutraceutical Company Limited in Hong Kong. In March 2013, Eu Yan Sang (Hong Kong) Limited incorporated Eu Yan Sang Trading (Hong Kong) Ltd.
