Santa Fe Metals Corp. (Santa Fe) is an exploration and predevelopment company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resources properties. The Company�s properties include Cuatro Cienegas Property, Cuyoaco Property, Ah Bau Creek Gold Prospect and Preston Property. Cuatro Cienegas Property consisted of three concessions: El Granizo, Don Indio and Adriana. Interior Gold Corp. (IGC) assets are several mining claims in the Cariboo Mining District of British Columbia, Canada, collectively known as the Ahbau Creek Gold Prospect. The Ahbau Creek Gold Prospect includes a large proportion of a historic gold placer deposit and is located to the Northwest of the active Barkerville Gold Mines' Bonanza Ledge deposit. The Cuyoaco property hosts three separate prospective zones of high-grade mineralization. Effective July 14, 2011, Santa Fe acquired IGC.
