The Company�s product, Poynt local search (Poynt or the Platform), is an all-in-one local search tool for Android, iPhone, Windows Phone and Nokia devices along with BlackBerry smartphones and BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet devices. The Company operates in two geographic segments: Canada and the United States providing mobile local search and advertising services to each of these segments. As of December 31, 2011, Poynt was available for all these devices in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Australia and India. On March 12, 2012, Poynt Corp. announced the integration of LaFourchette and ElTenedor restaurant reservation services into the Platform. On March 20, 2012, Poynt Corp. announced the launch of in-app food ordering, mobile menus and restaurant offers.
