Sterling Group Ventures, Inc. (Sterling) is a mining company principally engaged in the search, exploration and development of phosphate and related minerals through its recent acquisition of Chenxi County Hongyu Mining Co. Ltd. The Company�s projects include Dangxiongcuo Salt Lake ((DXC) Project and Jiajika Project. In July 2011, the Company acquired Chenxi County Hongyu Mining Co. Ltd. The Company�s GP Phosphate Project is located in Hunan Province in South Eastern China some 250 kilometers west of the Provincial Capital of Changsha and 120 kilometers north east of the regional center of Huaihua city and 38 kilometers east of the County seat at Chenxi. The Company�s other projects include Shimen Phosphate Project and DXC Salt Lake Lithium Project. As of May 31, 2012, the Company had no revenue.
