Scores Holding Company, Inc. (Scores) is engaged in the business of licensing the Scores trademarks and other intellectual property to gentlemen�s nightclubs with adult entertainment in the United States. These clubs feature topless female entertainers together with watching sporting events and corporate and private parties. There are five clubs operating under the Scores name, in New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, Tampa and New Orleans. The Company's trademarks are held by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Scores Licensing Corp. (SLC).
