On January 14, 2010 the Company completed the acquisition of the customers' relationships and telecommunication network and system assets of Clinton County Wireless, LLC, located in Clinton County, Indiana. On March 23, 2010 the Company completed the acquisition of customers' relationships and telecommunication network and system assets of USppp, Inc., located in Decatur, Indiana.
