Interline Resources Corporation has had limited operations since June 2002. The Company focuses on finding financing to rebuild its Well Draw Plant. Its Well Draw Gas Plant is owned through its interest in a limited liability company called NorthCut Refining LLC (NorthCut). The Company commenced construction on the Well Draw plant in July 2007. The Plant will market 3 finished products, which include straight run gasoline (Naphtha), diesel and reduced crude. The Company�s used oil refining technology is operated by its wholly owned subsidiary, Interline Hydrocarbons, Inc. (Interline Hydrocarbons). The Company plans to engage in operating the Well Draw Gas Plant, which will be able to operate as a 5,000 barrels a day crude oil topping plant and rework its shut in oil wells.
