Imperial Industries, Inc. is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of building materials through its wholly owned subsidiary, Premix-Marbletite Manufacturing Co. (Premix) to building materials dealers and others located primarily in Florida, and other states in the Southeastern United States and the Carribean. It has two facilities. One facility is used for producing, marketing and distributing its manufactured products. The other facility is primarily used for marketing and distributing its manufactured products, as well as products purchased from other manufacturers, in addition to manufacturing products. Such products are sold to building materials dealers, contractors and others. On October 17, 2012, QEP Co Inc purchased the Company.
