Fox Petroleum, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of oil and gas exploration. The Company has oil and gas interests in the North Sea and Texas and has not yet determined whether these properties contain reserves. The Company�s subsidiaries include Fox Petroleum (Alaska) Inc., Fox Energy Exploration Limited and 1536692 Ontario, Inc. On January 5, 2012, the Company entered into an Amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the acquisition of Renfro Energy LLC and Cameron Parish Pipelines LLC. On September 7, 2011, the Company entered into a Purchase and Sale agreement to acquire the assets of Renfro Energy LLC (Renfro), and Cameron Parish Pipelines LLC (CPP). On July 15, 2010, the Company entered into a Share Exchange Agreement (the Share Exchange Agreement) with 1536692 Ontario, Inc. (Ontario), and the shareholders of Ontario (Ontario Shareholders).
