Bio Pappel SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the paper industry. The Company�s activities are structured in four business groups: Bio-Pappel Printing, which specializes in the production of bond paper for copiers, printing, notebooks, books and forms, as well as standard toilet paper, newsprint and paper for magazines, among others; Bio-Pappel Packaging, active in the manufacture, distribution and sale of corrugated cardboard packaging boxes, paper sacks and other paper specialties; Bio-Pappel Kraft, including a variety of recycled paper for packaging, paper sacks, bags and wrapping, and Bio-Pappel International, which comprises the operations of the its subsidiaries established in the United States. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned such direct subsidiaries as Forteadores de Durango SA de CV, Bio Pappel Nacional SA de CV, Bio Servicios Corporativos SA de CV and Bio Pappel International Inc, among others.
