All America Latina Logistica SA is a Brazil-based holding company active in cargo transport and logistics. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company offers door-to-door transportation, local pick-up and delivery, dedicated fleet and complete warehousing services and is engaged in the logistics services, intermodal freight transport, port operations, handling and storage of merchandises. In addition, it is active in the acquisition, lease and loan of locomotives, wagons and other railway equipment to third parties. It also invests in other companies, ventures and consortiums engaged in transportation services. As of December 31, 2011, its main subsidiaries included ALL Malha Sul, ALL Malha Paulista, ALL Argentina and ALL Intermodal, among others, and it had 21,300 kilometers of rail tracks, 1,095 locomotives, 31,650 railcars, 700 highway vehicles, as well as several distribution centers and warehousing facilities.
