Silver Horn Mining Ltd., formerly EClips Energy Technologies, Inc., is an exploration-stage company. The Company focuses its business efforts on the acquisition and exploration of properties, which contain mineral resources, principally silver. The Company's target properties are those that have been the subject of historical exploration or previous production. The Company has filed federal unpatented lode mining claims in Arizona for the purpose of exploration and potential development of silver on a total of approximately 1,000 acres. As of December 31,2011, the Company's properties did not have any reserves. On April 26, 2011, the Company acquired 76 Property from Can-Am Gold Corp.
