Gateway Energy Corporation (Gateway) owns and operates natural gas distribution, gathering and transmission pipeline systems located onshore the continental United States and offshore in federal and state waters of the Gulf of Mexico. On February 29, 2012, the Company acquired a natural gas pipeline from Commerce Pipeline, L.P. On September 24, 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of a natural gas pipeline from American Midstream Partners, L.P.
