Caspian Services, Inc. (CSI) provides range of oilfield services in western Kazakhstan and the Caspian Sea. The Company�s business focuses in three principal areas: Vessel Operations, Geophysical Services and Marine Base Services. The Company manages its business through three wholly-owned companies, Caspian Services Group Limited (CSGL), Caspian Geophysics Limited (CGEO) and Caspian Real Estate Limited (CRE) and a wholly-owned, Caspian Services Group B.V. (CSG). CSGL and CSG represent the vessel operations business provided by its vessel fleet. Through CGEO the Company manages its geophysical services operations. CRE is its marine base services company.
