Description

Taseko Mines Limited is principally engaged in the production and sale of metals, as well as related activities, including exploration and mine development, within the province of British Columbia. The Company�s principal business activity is operating and expanding the capacity of the Gibraltar copper and molybdenum mine, which constitutes the majority of its assets and activity and permitting the New Prosperity gold and copper project. The Company has two additional properties located in British Columbia: Aley, an exploration niobium project, and Harmony, an exploration stage gold property. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had one active material wholly-owned subsidiary, Gibraltar Mines Ltd.
