Command Security Corporation principally provides uniformed security officers, aviation security services and support security services to commercial, financial, industrial, aviation and governmental customers throughout the United States. The Company's security services division provides security services to governmental, quasi-governmental and financial institutions, healthcare facilities, colleges and universities, residential communities, commercial real estate, and industrial, distribution, logistics and retail customers. Its aviation services division provides aviation security services to more than 100 of the domestic and international airlines, airports, airport authorities and the general aviation community at approximately 20 international airports and, to a lesser extent, five regional airports. Its support services include providing back office support services to security services firms and police departments under administrative service agreements.
