Iteris, Inc. (Iteris) is a provider of intelligent information solutions to the traffic management market. Iteris offers a range of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions to customers worldwide. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), Iteris operated in two business segments: Roadway Sensors and Transportation Systems. The Roadway Sensors segment includes, among other products, its Vantage, Versicam, Pico, Vantage Vector and Abacus vehicle detection systems for traffic intersection control, incident detection and certain highway traffic data collection applications. The Transportation Systems segment includes transportation engineering and consulting services, and the development of transportation management and traveler information systems for the ITS industry. In November 2011, it acquired Berkeley Transportation Systems, Inc. (BTS).
