It has two divisions: TCM division and TMS division. The Company offers an array of complementary services, including inspection and assessment , field heat treating, hot tapping, field machining, technical bolting, field valve repair, heat exchanger and maintenance , isolation test plugging , and pipeline integrity management.The Company�s TCM division provides the services of inspection and assessment and field heat treating. Its TMS division provides the services of leak repair, fugitive emissions, hot tapping, field machining, technical bolting, field valve repair and other mechanical services. In August 2012, its subsidiary, Quest Integrity Group acquired a specialty remote digital video inspection company based in New Zealand. In September 2012, it acquired TCI Services, Inc.
