AllianzGI NFJ Dividend, Interest & Premium Strategy Fund, formerly AllianzGI NFJ Dividend Interest and Premium Strategy Fund, is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund�s investment objective is to seek current income and gains, with a secondary objective of long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions the Fund pursues its investment objectives by investing in a portfolio of common stocks and convertible securities. It will also write (sell) call options on the equity securities held by the Fund. Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC serves as the Fund�s investment manager and is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Asset Management of America L.P.
