MFS Multimarket Income Trust (the Fund) is a closed-end fund and maintains a portfolio that includes investments in high-yield and investment-grade corporate bonds, emerging markets debt securities, U.S. government securities, and international investment-grade debt securities. The fund�s investment objective is to seek high current income, but may also consider capital appreciation. Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) is the fund�s investment adviser. MFS may invest the fund�s assets in United States and foreign securities, including emerging market securities. MFS considers debt instruments of all types to be fixed income securities. It invests in the aerospace, airlines, apparel manufacturers, asset-backed & securitized, automotive, basic industry and broadcasting.
